I am assuming by CPV you are referring to canine parvo virus. Unfortunately there is no home remedy cure for this disease. It is a very aggressive virus and requires aggressive supportive care. In some cases of mild disease your vet may be able to give some injections and teach you to give fluids under the skin at home, but this is a scenario used as a last resort as hospitalization provides the best chance at survical.
