My dog ate a grape. What's the treatment for potential kidney damage?

Is the a cure or treatment for a lung or kidney failure? after knowing that my dog had eaten a grape?

There is treatment available yes. The treatment usually involves bloodwork to check the liver/kidney values, fluid therapy to flush out the toxin ingestion, as well as detoxification of the GI tract with medications prescribed by your vet. I do hope that your pet does well and isn't too ill from the grape ingested. Each pet will react differently and the toxin amount ingested varies from pet to pet, so the kind of treatment can also vary some. Best of luck and take care.
