My cat seems to have a layer of skin or something covering her eye. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 11 months and 21 days old

It sounds like she has a problem with her cornea and could be caused by an infection, ulcer, trauma, and/or inflammation. She really should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. She may need an antibiotic and/or anti-inflammatory and your vet can prescribe medications.
