I believe my 4 1/2 month old kitten has acne on his lower lip and just beneath his nose/cheeks. How can we treat this?

Home treatments include gentle washing of the chin once or twice daily with a mild soap, benzoyl peroxide, chlorhexidine cleanser. For pustules, warm water compresses may help soothe and heal. He may need an oral antibiotic and anti-inflammatory so if the condition persists than he will need to be examined by your vet for treatment. If he has any fleas than he should be treated with a medication, like Revolution or Frontline.
