What causes itchy bumps and hair loss on my cat's head and neck?

My cat has circular bumps on skin, around head and neck. They itch her and she scratches herself, clumps of hair come off with the dry skin

She could have miliary dermatitis from an allergy, skin infection, nutritional issue, auto-immune disease, or parasite. You could bathe her with a medicated cat shampoo and see if that helps. If she has any fleas than she should be treated with a flea medications, like Revolution. Otherwise, she needs to be examined by a vet for treatment. She may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine and corticosteroid to help.
