My cat has circular bumps on skin, around head and neck. They itch her and she scratches herself, clumps of hair come off with the dry skin. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 12 lbs

She could have miliary dermatitis from an allergy, skin infection, nutritional issue, auto-immune disease, or parasite. You could bathe her with a medicated cat shampoo and see if that helps. If she has any fleas than she should be treated with a flea medications, like Revolution. Otherwise, she needs to be examined by a vet for treatment. She may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine and corticosteroid to help.
