Why does my puppy walk while pooping? Is this normal for puppies?

My 6 month old puppy has a tendency to get into the pooping position but then he will walk in that position and poop at the same time. Is this normal? Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 20 days old | 6 lbs
