My kitten's pooping schedule changed, stopped going. What to do?

Hi - my kitten normally goes for a pooh every day in the morning. For the last 3 days the time has changed to the evening and today she hasn’t gone for a pooh at all. There are no other symptoms. What should I do? Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 5 days old | 0 lbs

Hello. Really, at this point in time, I would not worry. If she is otherwise happy, eating & drinking normal amounts for her, & grooming herself regularly, then give her a few days. If there is no BM in 3 days, or she becomes lethargic, stops eating, hides, or shows any other abnormal behavior, then have her seen by your veterinarian. But she is maturing, & as her body changes, I would expect some alterations in her normal habits. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
