My dog has a crusty, risen lump on her nose. Should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Female | spayed | 7 years and 8 months old | 52 lbs

Hi just wondering if you can help please. My dog(red cattle 7yr female) has developed a crusty risen lump on the top of her nose. I noticed it last week but thought it was dirt. I know it's difficult to know without seeing it. Should I be concerned.

Hi. Yes, unfortunately it is hard to give advice without a photo or exam. With her being older, and the crust being on her nose, it could potentially be concerning. I would recommend calling your veterinarian tomorrow and scheduling an exam to get it looked at.
