Hello, lately Romeo is making gurgling sounds when he breaths. It's not constant but it's audible sometimes. Especially when lying down. Is it age related? He is approx 14. What could be causing this?

Gurgling sound in the lung is usually a sign of fluids in the lungs, it's not directly age related, it could be due to heart failure or some other heart/lung disease, you need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.
