Why does my dog suddenly have hard bumps on her face or nose?

Our dog all of a sudden has two hard pumps on her face/nose? She hasn't hit her face. She has been in the snow today and my husband gave her some pieces if his roast beef??

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. If these bumps just appeared suddenly, they could be allergy related, infectious or a type of tumor. If they do not resolve on their own or worsen, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine them so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
