My puppy has colitis. What food helps firm up her loose stools?

Our 8 week old sprocker spaniel has colitus. We took her to the vets and they wormed her and gave us some probiotic paste. What foods can we give her to help firm up her stools? They are a little better but not how they should be. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed

Ideally I would recommend a prescription bland diet to help with stools. Your veterinarian can either dispense it or write a prescription. If you did not want to do the prescription diet you can try boiled chicken and white rice.
