Lily keeps biting itching excessively I don't know what to do we have 2 kids she's an in door dog, can't afford much terrified if it's contagious. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 30 lbs

Hi, It may be that Lilly just has allergies and that's why she itching. I would start with giving her a bath with oatmeal/aloe shampoo and seeing if this helps. There are not many things we can get from dogs. Dogs can have parasitic skin infections but again, these aren't typically contagious. I would start with the bath and if that doesn't help it would be best to have a vet check Lilly for allergies, fleas and other causes of itchiness in dogs. Best wishes to you and Lilly.
