Why do my kittens have skin lumps, hair loss, and scratch a lot?

Hi our kittens has some skin problems we don't know what I is they have hard lumps on their lining of their ears also some on their faces and their hair started to lose also they always scratch

This is a skin infection. It is probably ringworm which is a contagious fungal infection. You should have a veterinarian look at the whole litter to confirm this. They can then prescribe the best and safest treatment for them. Oral antifungal medication is usually the most successful treatment option.
