Why is my cat limping and crying when I touch his front paw?

Question

My car came into the house about half an hour ago and not walking on 4 pass. He will not put weight on his front right paw. From his shoulder to his elbow area is fine but when I got to check his paw he meows in pain. Every time he moves or light pressure is applied by him moving he meows in pain. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered

It sounds like he hurts pretty bad! If there is an emergency clinic available in your area I would recommend having him seen tonight, otherwise I would try to get him in to your regular veterinarian tomorrow morning. Trauma and potentially infection or abscess are high on my list of possible problems. They may recommend an x-ray. Good luck and I hope he improves soon!
