My older overweight cat has been getting small bumps under her neck that are itchy. What could this be? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed

She could have a bacterial skin infection or an allergic dermatitis. You could bathe her with an anti-bacterial cat shampoo and see if that helps. Otherwise, she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. She many need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, corticosteroid, hypoallergenic diet, and/or other medications to treat.
