My parakeet is puffed up, lethargic, laid an egg. Is she egg-bound?

Our parakeet has been puffed up lately and not as energetic as usual. 3 days ago she laid an egg but both our parakeets are girls. Also, feces got stuck to her butt a couple times yesterday so I just wiped it off. But it really worries me. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

I recommend taking Grace to an avian veterinarian asap. She may be egg bound if she has only laid one egg. In the meant time: Keep her in a warm, draft free area and be sure she is eating and has access to a calcium supplement.
