Why does my 4-week-old kitten have brown armpit skin and hair loss?

I have a abandoned cat i've adopted her that since she is only 4weeks old this week she has a brown skin under her armpits and her hair is less on the back im worried that this can be a serious problem or something normal please help

That could be due to flea infestation and secondary generalized allergic reaction. Mites or bacterial infections are possible as well. First of all, in order to rule out skin parasites, you will need to treat with a high quality flea treatment (advocate or advantage), then get her to the vet to perform a skin scrape - this might reveal an infection or a mite infestation.

 If all of those came back negative, the next step is to treat the allergy symptomatically and try discovering the cause of the allergy.

 Hopefully you will see some results after all this, if not you and your vet should consider starting on a long term allergy treatment.
