Why is my dog chewing her paws and getting nose acne? What's wrong?

Hello, my boyfriend and I have an almost 2 year old Great Dane/English mastiff mix. Lately she has been chewing on her back feet, not sure why, her nails don't seem to be too long. We were wondering if you may have a better idea of why should would be doing that. The other question is she has acne around her nose. Is that something we should get checked out or is it normal?

I suspect the issue with her nose and feet may be related. She may have some allergies or atopy causing itching which is making her lick her feet. This can also occur due to topical irritation. Dogs will often get a secondary infection from the licking and creating a moist area for bacteria or fungus to grow. Try to stop her from licking, this may require an e-collar. I would recommend a veterinary visit for Georgie to determine the cause and see if she may need any antibiotics or medication to decrease itching. Good luck with her.
