My ten week old cat has a spot that started out on his head as a bump, and then got a flaky type texture and now has spread to little spots on his ears. There's no hair where the spots are

Possible causes for the lesions in the picture include fleas, ear mites, ringworm, allergies, among others. I would recommend that you see your vet for diagnosis, as this can quickly get worse. Ringworm can also be contagious to humans.
