My cat is drooling, threw up, and lethargic. What could be wrong?

Cat is just sitting around drooling some with her tongue out and up towards top gums. She threw up once and is still acting like she doesn't want to move. Do you know what could be wrong? We were gone about 3 hours and she was fine before we left. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 8 lbs
