Why is my guinea pig's ear crusty? Could it be mites? What to do?

I have a guinea pig probably not older than a year, I got it around may and it's ear was looking crusty and it looks like it had a bite or something I searched it up and it could be ear mite, what do I do ?

I would recomend a vet visit for Tallulah. Guinea pigs can develop scaly skin lesions due to mites or live or ringworm. It may require a skin scrape or cytology to diagnose.
