My 4 year old Pomeranian is allergic to something and I don't know how to treat it. I know there is poison oak in the yard. I also have 5 other dogs that don't have allergies. His fur is falling out and he scratches a lot. Do you know what I can use to help him?

Allergies can be very frustrating. The most common types of allergies are food, environment and fleas. I recommend applying flea prevention every 30 days long term on Gizmo and all your other dogs. Even though your other dogs are not itching it is still possible they are carrying fleas that are affecting Gizmo. Environmental allergies are hard to control. You can try an over the counter medicated shampoo and anti histamine. However sometimes once dogs start itching they will get a secondary bacterial or fungal skin infection that need medication from a doctor to resolve. If the skin is not improving i recommend having Gizmo see a vet to determine the cause of the allergies and to rule out a possibility of skin mites.
