Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 5.9 lbs
I have recently noticed a small red raised spot on my dogs nose, it doesn't seem to be bothering him but, I'm just concerned as to what it may be and what is causing it as I have another dog and I am afraid that she might get it to if it is contagious.

Without seeing the spot, it is hard to know the cause. It could be an infection, cyst, mass, etc. If it is not bothering him then you could monitor and see if it resolves or changes in any way. You could also have him examined by a vet to determine the exact cause. Your vet can do a needle aspirate to help diagnose and then determine if any treatment is needed.
