My cat keeps vomiting liquid with a foul smell. What should I do?

Hi my cat vomited last night and again this morning An day it was liquid like and really foul smell pls help thanks

He could have an infection, parasite, upset stomach from something he ate, endocrine disease, IBD, pancreatitis, foreign body/obstruction, etc. If he is otherwise acting normal then you could withhold food for 12 hours and then try a bland gastrointestinal diet. You could buy a bland diet or just feed him some boiled chicken and see how he does with that. If the vomiting continues or he becomes lethargic then he needs to be examined and treated by a vet. Your vet can run lab-work and take x-rays to help diagnose and prescribe medications to help treat the vomiting.
