Hi! My pooch just suddenly vomitted up some yellow fosmy stuff. She has a dew times now. Each one bringing ip less fluid. I fed her about 2 hours ago. she's a white alsatian about 9 months old. She looks completely normal otherwise. She was just playing about 20min ago. Do i need to rush to the vet or can i withold food for a while and see how she goes?

Yellow in the vomit is probably bile, but this doesn't necessarily make me concerned about a specific disease. If she seems to be acting fine otherwise and has no underlying medical conditions I think you can withhold food and water for six hours, then try offering a small amount of water. If she keeps it down you could then offer a small amount of a bland diet like plain boiled chicken and white rice (as long as she doesn't have food sensitivities). If she vomits again, seems lethargic or painful, develops diarrhea or won't eat then you should see your veterinarian promptly.

You can withhold food until tomorrow and see how she does. If she vomits continuously then yes I would take her to the vet immediately. If she doesn't vomit anymore then you can offer her a small amount of boiled chicken (no bones) and white rice tomorrow. If she isn't improved tomorrow or vomits more then contact your vet. Your vet will be able to do a fecal, bloodwork and X-rays if needed. I hope this helps and she starts to feel better.

If she is acting otherwise normally (eating, drinking, urinating, defecating) you can wait until the Wednesday appointment. In the meantime, you can give her 1/2 of a 10mg famotidine (pepcid) tablet once a day to see if that will help to settle her stomach. f shIe is acting sick, then I would take her to the emergency vet for an exam.

The yellow is just a little bile staining that indicates she's vomiting on an empty stomach. but vomiting this much and acting very depressed is worrying of a severe gastrointestinal disease or impaction. If she's known to eat things she's not supposed to, then an impaction would be more likely. I recommend taking her to a vet as soon as you can, because this has the potential to be a severe problem that needs treatment right away. The vets will at-least be able to give her meds to make her feel better. I hope that helps and Zoey gets better soon.
