My dog has pink bumps on his chest and legs. Should I worry?

A few days ago, I noticed a small pink bump on Bruce's chest. I sprayed it with GNC Antifungal, and have continued to do so. It seems to be clearing up. However, I also noticed some similar bumps on his inner back leg, between stomach and groin. I sprayed them too. The ones on his stomach are less pink when dry, looking more like the color of his skin. They don't seem to itch. What else should I do?

There is not much more you can do at home besides a bath. If they continue to spread and get more inflamed, than he should be taken to your vet to see if it is an environmental allergy or an infection. If they seem to be improving you can continue to monitor for further changes.
