Why is my kitten still wheezing after a month? Is it serious?

I've had my kitten for a month now. And when I got him he had this wheezing problem that I thought would go away but it hasn't. I don't know if its major or if its just a permanent respiratory problem that's minor. Any suggestions or useful tips would be appreciated!! Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered

Respiratory infections are extremely common in kittens and can often cause congestion and wheezing, so it's likely that this may be the problem - if so, it should be treatable with antibiotics. I would recommend having Adolf examined by a vet as soon as you are able to. If he does have an infection, your vet will prescribe antibiotics to treat it which should resolve the wheezing :)
