Our pup is 6months old German shepherd and hs a rash and loosing hair we have treated flea and got her skin spray there is brown dirt round them what is it. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 14 days old | 40 lbs

The lesions on Leah's skin looks most suspicious for a bacterial skin infection, which most commonly occurs secondary to underlying allergies to fleas, food or the environment. I'm glad to hear that she is receiving flea prevention, but make sure trust you are using a high quality product, such as Nexgard, Bravecto or K9 Advantix II.
