Is my dog's stomach itchy, puffy, and mouth has bleeding bumps?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 65 lbs

My dog has his stomach and private area all ok k and it is itchy and looks puffy.also his mouth area had bumps that are red and bleed.

Poor max. It appears that he is having an allergic reaction. Dogs can have allergic reactions secondary to parasites, food, or environmental. I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian for possible antibiotics. You can try medicated shampoo or antihistamines but I do not know if it will be strong enough.
