While it's a little difficult to see from your pictures, if Misty is truly egg bound she needs veterinary care immediately, as this can be a life-threatening condition. This a common complication in egg-laying parakeets, and while we don't entirely know what causes it, factors such as advanced age, vitamin deficiency, stress, and reproductive tract infections can play a role. Misty needs to be examined by your exotics veterinarian or an emergency veterinarian as soon as possible. He or she may take an x-ray to confirm the diagnosis and may recommend fluids, antibiotics, and/or vitamin injections. He or she will also likely attempt various methods to try to remove the egg. Please make sure Misty gets veterinary care as soon as possible to improve her chances for recovery.
