Why is my puppy's ear dry, grey, and crusty? How can I treat it?

My puppy has part of her ear a little dry, it's forming a bit Grey and dryness on the edge. What could it be and how could I treat it? It's only come up in the last few days. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 24 days old | 8 lbs
