Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 11 days old | 22 lbs
My puppy is over 5 months and refused to take his dry dog food, despite several toppings we tried - he lost interest soon after. We tried other brands and either he developed rashes or he also lost interest. We shifted to home cooked dog food which he loves. We started with small amounts and now gave him more. We noticed frequency of his bowel drastically lessened from several times a day to ONCE a day. It's formed and doesn't smell as bad. Is this okay?

Once a day is quitelittle for such a young pup and I would be concerned about possible constipation develping and recommend you increase fiber content in the diet. Home cooked diets must be strictly balanced for healthy growth and development and I recommend you contact a nutritionist for further advice.
