How to tell if your puppy has all its permanent adult teeth?

how do i know if my dog has his permanent teeth in? We had gotten a puppy bone pack and you can begin to move up when the adult teeth come in

Puppies start losing their baby teeth around 3-4 months of age, and by the time they are 7-8 months old, they should have all of their permanent teeth. I would not move Marshall up until he is at least 7 months old.
