My cats nose is a little swollen and has lots of tiny cuts and scrapes should he see a vet or can I help him at home? He doesn't seem in pain but nose looks sore

Ouch, poor Leo. I would have him seen by a vet for this, as his nose does look swollen and that can be a sign infection. Tonight, you can gently clean the cuts with some water water and antiseptic soap, but have him seen by a vet first thing in the morning.
