Good evening, My puppy is almost 10 weeks old and we’re freaked out by this. If you could help us I would really appreciate it and what can we do at home to treat this. Here is the picture below:

It looks like he has a mild dermatitis/impetigo. You could try over the counter Vetericyn Spray and see if it resolves. Otherwise, he should be examined by a vet for treatment. He may need an oral antibiotic to treat.

First of all, there's no need to freak out! I see the slightly red, raised lesion on the side of Koa's prepuce, as well as a few other papules and pustules elsewhere on his abdomen. His prepuce is skin, just like the rest of his abdomen, so it's not a surprise to find this area affected as well. As Dr. Leigh mentioned, this is likely a mild dermatitis that might clear up with Vetericyn spray or an antimicrobial shampoo (I like Dechra's TrizCHLOR shampoo). If the lesions persist for another week or two, or worsen at any point, Koa will need to see his vet, as he may need oral medications. I also see that the end of his prepuce is a bit distinct or slightly bulbous, but it certainly does not jump out at me as being concerning. It still looks well within a normal variation for preputial anatomy. I hope that everything goes well!
