I’m wondering if Bruno may have expressed his anal glands - the fluid typically has a foul, fishy odor. Urine might also smell fishy if there is infection. If the smell continues you may want to have Bruno examined by your vet.

Good question! Dogs have things called anal sacs that release a liquid when feces pass through the anus. It lubricates the feces to make it easier to pass, and it stinks! These anal sacs can become impacted, and that may be happening to Dubu. She may need them expressed, and I would take her into the vet tomorrow to have them examined and expressed as needed. I hope this helps!
