Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | spayed | 15 years and 1 month old | 50 lbs
Is this food allergies or seasonal allergies? And how to treat it ? There’s redness and hairloss around one eye . Shes 15 and never experienced any allergies before

This looks more like a periocular dermatitis, probably due to an infection (bacterial or infective). Immediate check up and dermatological testing are required to determine more specifically the underlying cause and treat appropriately. Antibiotics (often antibiotic eye drops are used in these cases) may be needed.
