This can happen as a result of trauma, infection or poor water quality. Check the filter,cleaning it if necessary and perform a partial water change. You can gently clean the affected area with a diluted betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution daily then allow a 1-2 hour dry dock (out of the water). If the spot does not begin to heal in a few days or worsens, have her examined by your veterinarian or a vet experience din treating reptiles. She may need antibiotics if it is infection.
