My large dog has a rash and is terrified of baths. What are my options?

So my dog has a rash and ive giving him.benidryil which helps a little the rash has disapeard out of groin area but not under arms... i was toldto give him a oatmeal bath but the problem w that is he is 90 lbs and is scared to death of water pools baths ... so any other optionsi can do .... Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 6 years and 8 months old | 89 lbs

Instead of bathing the whole dog you could take a wash cloth and shampoo just the areas where the rash is, ie under his arms. Make sure you rinse it well with the wash cloth. This should work and if you use warm water it should not be too uncomfortable for him.
