What are these flat, non-itchy spots on my dog? Should I see a vet?

My dog just developed this rash on her Roma has. It’s not raised and doesn’t seem to be bothering her, there’s 3 visible spots. WhT do you think it is? Is it something I should be concerned about or take her to see the vet? Thank you!! Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 35 lbs

Thank you for your question. These spots are similar to what we see with insect bites, fly bites in particular. These bites usually resolve in a few days. If the spots are getting larger in size or become open sores or have a discharge coming from them then an examination by Bailey's vet is recommended.
