My chihuahua has neck rolls, sores, pus, and breathing issues. What's wrong?

My chihuahua developed “fat rolls around his neck” bc I rescued him at age 2 & have had ten years, assumed was just age...since I’ve progressively noticed more issues- his tail was literally matted so tightly wasnlike a dread lock and not only were there sores in the rolls around neck, but they were camouflaged prior- now you can follow path from rear-end to lips; lip folds seem to be tucked in mouth...most worriesome is that he has fluid leaking out of area under muzzle (pus?) breathing probs. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 11 years and 4 months old | 4 lbs

This looks like a pretty sever skin infection which may be due to underlying allergies. It is also possible from your description that there may be dental disease with a possible tooth root abscess. I recommend you have Dylan examined by your veterinarian right away for testing and appropriate treatment.
