Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Judging from the picture you provided, I suspect this is a benign skin tumor such as a sebaceous adenoma. However, to be certain, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine the mass and perform additional diagnostics on the mass. The vet can insert a small needle into the mass and examine the cells under the microscope to help better determine what this could be. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction!
