My cat has discolored urine and pees everywhere. Is it a UTI?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered | 3.2 lbs

Chance has a history of UTI's and an abscess above his kidneys. His urine recently has been funky colored and without odor. I know this because he's been peeing everywhere. (He is neutered) by the way) Does this urine sample look mormal?

Urine should be clear without any debris in it and should not be cloudy. The color looks normal too, as far as is possible to say from a photo. However you should take a fresh sample to your vet for a urinalysis to make sure he does not have a cystitis.
