My cat has discolored urine and pees everywhere. Is it a UTI?

Chance has a history of UTI's and an abscess above his kidneys. His urine recently has been funky colored and without odor. I know this because he's been peeing everywhere. (He is neutered) by the way) Does this urine sample look mormal? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered | 3.2 lbs

Urine should be clear without any debris in it and should not be cloudy. The color looks normal too, as far as is possible to say from a photo. However you should take a fresh sample to your vet for a urinalysis to make sure he does not have a cystitis.
