My dog is peeing less than normal. Is it kidney disease?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | 6 years and 7 months old | 13.4 lbs

Hi my mom said that she hasn't been peeing here lately like right off the bat like she normally does and my sister thinks its a a kidney faliure but shes been being for me except for today because its raining and the ground is wet and I'm pretty sure she drinks enough water but I'm not for sure but I have seen her get couple if drinks of water

If you guys suspect Zoey is having kidney problems, I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian within the next 24 hours. if kidney disease is caught early, it can often be successfully managed with a special diet.
