My puppy has been chewing his fur, reverse sneezing, snorting, and just threw up. I spoke to a vetco veterinarian about it and was told that he has allergies because of the changing seasons. I also asked my vet about it and she says it’s normal in puppies. Is this anything serious? Is there anyway I can treat this or will time sort it out?

Any itchy puppy should have a skin scrape to look for mites. Nasal mites are possible as well. Allergies in a 4 month old puppy can happen, but is more typically seen in their second year of life. I would encourage a follow up appointment with your veterinarian soon. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
