2 year old female cat (spayed) suddenly bullying 7 month old male cat (neutered) after co-existing peacefully for several months. Will not allow him to leave bathroom or get on floor. No new pets or environmental changes. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 years old | 7 lbs
