Why is my female cat suddenly bullying our male cat after coexisting?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 years old | 7 lbs

2 year old female cat (spayed) suddenly bullying 7 month old male cat (neutered) after co-existing peacefully for several months. Will not allow him to leave bathroom or get on floor. No new pets or environmental changes.

I would recommend separating them for 3-5 days and introduce a Feliway diffuser and spray into the environment to see if this helps calm her. As the kitten becomes older, he may be getting more territorial and this may be stressing Blaze. You can also try NaturVet Quiet Moments Calm Chews with Melatonin, which can be found online or at your local pet store. I hope this helps!
