When should I first bathe my new puppy and how often after that?

Picking up our new puppy tomorrow. Curious about how often to do baths at this age?

I typically wait until 8 weeks of age before bathing so I would hold off on bathing until then. If you have to because he is dirty, I would bathe him once and then wait until he is 8 weeks of age to bathe on a more regular basis. An oatmeal based shampoo such as Aloe and Oatmeal shampoo by Animal Pharmaceuticals is one I would recommend. I hope this helps!
