My pit bull has swollen, itchy ears, hair loss, and sores. What to do?

I have a pit with extremely swollen ears that She will not stop scratching at it had gotten to the point where she no longer has hair on or around her ears leaving her with inflamed skin and sores that bleed often .. Is there anything you could recommend that will help the sores heal and make the swelling go down, also something to soothe the dry skin around her ears so hopefully her hair grows back preferably ones i can get at the local pet store or pharmacy??
