I have a pit with extremely swollen ears that She will not stop scratching at it had gotten to the point where she no longer has hair on or around her ears leaving her with inflamed skin and sores that bleed often .. Is there anything you could recommend that will help the sores heal and make the swelling go down, also something to soothe the dry skin around her ears so hopefully her hair grows back preferably ones i can get at the local pet store or pharmacy?? That aren't to pricey

It's probably an ear infection, often it cannot be seen from the outside. Ear infections are very common in dogs, it is usually caused by either yeast or bacterial disease. the treatment is usually simple and straightforward, you will have to take Bella to the vet and get the ears checked, then a prescription ear drops will be prescribed according to the infectious agent.
