My guinea pig was bitten. Should I separate him or see a vet?

Hi I’ve introduced two younger males to my older male all seemed fine until last night I noticed a bite in his ear and now he’s a bit more quieter than normal have given him critical care last night seems better but still quiet my question is should I separate h8:from the others or give him medicalm I just dunno

Hi and thanks for your request. Any bite wound should be considered infected and should ideally treated as soon as possible with appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics. I would separate him from the others as well.
