My dog has severe skin allergies. What can I do for immediate relief?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 60 lbs

I have a half lab German Shepherd amazing BLESSING , when I got her I took her for the first visit. She wasn't even 6 weeks yet and such a severe flea infestation , it was such a wonderful bonding experience. She is now two and she has severe skin allergies will a vet be able to give her her , her rabies vaccination one but more importantly she is miserable right now what can I do to help her right now, I've given her a bath brushed her. Her skin worries me

She will be able to get her rabies injection. skin allergies are not east to treat, home remedies and shampoos almost never solve the problem. your vet will explain all the options to you after examining her but ultimately a medication called Apoquel usually solves the problem as long as it is taken.
